Friday saw NEMA in attendance at the newly renovated Rochdale Town Hall, suited and booted for the Rochdale Business Awards, nominated for "Apprentice Employer of the Year" and we would like to give a massive thanks to Rochdale Training Association for sponsoring the award.

It has been our privilege to invest in young people in the form of apprenticeships for over 30 years now, standing by them as they grow in professions that can last them a life time.

25% of the staff now at NEMA are apprentices or ex-apprentices, (the oldest on record starting their apprenticeship in spring back in 1991) without who we could not support our UK Aerospace and Defence customers.
