Following some recent customer and internal issues it became apparent that NEMA could improve our fault finding process with the use of 8D Analysis.

Phil Chamberlain and Chris Smith have now attended a 2 day course on Problem Solving using 8D to help aid in the use of this powerful tool, with Dean Evans and Owen Baldwin due to attend another course going forward.

We look forward to seeing the benefits of this tried and tested methodology as a company and are already using it to aid in solving shop floor issues.
